Advanced technical experience

The design of the motor relies on the platform of "Jiangsu Large and Medium-sized Motor Engineering Technology Research Center" of SEC, drawing on the design and manufacturing experience of other industrial high and medium voltage motors, and using advanced computer simulation software to conduct detailed analysis on the heating, ventilation and cooling, insulation and other aspects of the motor, so as to ensure that the wind path design of the motor is close to the actual operation of the wind path and thermal field. Ensure the high efficiency of motor ventilation and heat dissipation, windings, bearing temperature rise control within a reasonable range.

        First-class production equipment

The winding of the motor is formed by the international first-class VINCENT expansion machine to ensure the uniform shape of the coil; The international mainstream MICAMING and BARTECH tape wrapping machines are used to wrap the coils, which achieve the requirements of high insulation wrapping efficiency, smooth adhesion and uniform spacing, and also ensure the one-time qualification of corona experiment. The whole set of winding adopts the domestic advanced H-class environmental protection type high pressure solvent-free impregnation resin for VPI treatment, which practices the green manufacturing concept.
