The double high speed bar production line of Taixin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 1.5 million tons, and the product specifications are Φ12.0mm ~ Φ25.0mm hot rolled ribbed bars. Adopt the most advanced, mature and reliable process technology in China, such as no-heating direct rolling technology, multi-stage controlled rolling and cooling technology, to achieve high yield, low consumption, longevity, environmental protection and high-quality low-carbon goals.

The process design and engineering design of the whole line, and the equipment supply in the high-speed area are responsible for Sinosteel Equipment Company. Among them, the high-speed zone uses the world''''s largest module rolling mill RVM330 model. The whole line is AC drive, and the main drive motor is supplied by China Electric Motor. After completion, it will be a fully continuous double high-speed bar production line with advanced domestic equipment and technology.
