ZD series large DC motor is suitable for a wide range of speed regulation, frequent starting, braking of the transmission machinery. Such as: metal rolling mill, mining machinery, ship drive, etc.

This series of motor has 6 stand numbers, 8 standard voltage (660, 700750, 800, 850 900, 1000, 1100V) power range 3000-5900kW, speed (base speed) range 40-285r/min. The motor adopts step-down speed regulation below the base speed and weak magnetic speed regulation above the base speed. The motor uses separate excitation, and the standard excitation voltage is 220/110V.

The technical conditions of the motor meet the basic technical conditions of JB/T6518, large DC motor for rolling mill.

The cooling method of the motor conforms to GB/T1993, mainly with the code IC37A86, IC37, that is, with empty water cooler sealed circulation ventilation and pipe forced ventilation two types.

The lamination structure of the stator and rotor core of the motor improves the dynamic commutation performance of the motor and is suitable for SCR rectifier power supply.

The motor adopts the form of single stack winding, with balance line and full compensation winding, so that the motor has good commutation performance.
